An elderly man was standing behind me while I was taking this shot. He asked me - very politely - if I was shooting the houses, if I was working for some public authority, or if I was interested in buying a house or a lot.
I told him that I thought the trees and the boat looked nice and that I was a photographer. He smiled immediately and said “ok, ok!” I’m not sure if he was glad that I wouldn’t build a house in front of his, or just didn’t understand what a photographer is…
